Beef Stroganoff in Mushroom Sauce


1/2 kg Beef Stroganoff
1 can of mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can button mushroom, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

How to cook:
Rinse beef before cooking. In a large pot, bring water to a boil then add beef. Let it cook for 30-45mins, depends on how tender you want your beef. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and onion, then beef. Add salt and pepper. Once the meat turns a bit brown, add mushroom. Then add about 4 cups of beef broth, add mushroom soup and milk. Add more water if the sauce is too thick. You can add more salt and pepper to adjust the taste. That’s it!
